"Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in).
A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming.
Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. "Everything was perfect.. I can’t think of anyway this could be improved. Great location, apartments were immaculate and really lovely decorated. Everything really well thought of. Can’t wait to return sometime soon. The most important things were that it was great for our children and our dog!!
