"Staff was great and very accommodating. Great service. Breakfast was a good spread. Rooms were clean. It wasn't fully stocked (no hand soap, etc) but not sure if that was missed or we don't get those anymore. Not a big deal. Overall, I would stay here again. "

"Do not stay on the first floor please. The building is so dated and it’s a wood frame structure. The layer between the floors is so thin that I can hear everything from downstairs. Every steps, window/door open or close you can hear clearly from downstairs."

"The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. We did not like the bedding on top of the sheets and questioned its cleanliness plus it wasn't warm enough. The heat unit was noisy and difficult to keep the room warm without the unit loudly running. Everything else was good and adequate."

"The front desk lady Nikki was very nice and helpful. I appreciate her Energy places always nice and clean and their rooms are always kept together the way they’re supposed to be our recommend staying here if you’re moving around a lot because it’s not too far from Tacoma and it’s not too far from Bremerton and it’s not too far from Seattle or the airport just a recommendation if you move around a lot."

"This hotel could be really good. Could be, but if your a light sleeper(we aren’t light sleepers but it didn’t matter).. it’s not a good thing train goes by every two hours loud horn and super thin windows means you wake up a lot. Loud traffic also. In our room first day we noticed the in room lockbox was low battery unusable, we mentioned it first night. Nothing done. The second day we mentioned it to the general manager as well as letting him know the in room body wash was empty. He told us “I...

"Room smelled so bad of dog urine I couldn't stay. The ammonia was insane! And the heat/ac had a broken knob for the temp therefore unusable. By far the worst place I have ever tried to stay at"

"Great breakfast options included, excellent staff, nice room, the only thing that annoyed me was that they were replacing all of the A/C units and they were all over the hall way during the day, just had to be careful not to trip, to avoid falling on the units, they did moved them at night, which made me feel better. I’m all for remodeling/replacing, they just need to do it when people are not there."

"Enjoyed our stay, liked the online check in option to select our room beforehand, staff was great, room was as described.breakfast options were good, always love when fresh waffles are available. Only negatives I can note was the ice maker on our floor was out of order and the drain in our shower was slow so it puddled and came out the door a little bit. "

The house keeping demanded to come in and I told them to come back Then the front desk called my room demanding I exit so the house keeper could go inside. Mind you I work nights and its at that time about 9 am I got off work at 6 am and completely resting.
