"I was locked out of a shared room, and they actually made me validate I was a guest in the room... annoying, but all things considered I was so proud/happy to have a hotel do that instead of just accidentally letting someone into rooms without validating... very professional. The casino seemed like a maize (could get lost in all of the fun), and the dining options were amazing. The hotel rooms themselves were excellent, and the price-point for these rooms was out of this world!"

"Nice hotel. Staff was polite and helpful, and the place was kept super clean. Loved the free afternoon cookies and having access to Starbucks drinks at the grill in the lobby. I gave a 4 star rating because even though many of the amenities were top notch, my travel companion and I both felt that the beds were not the most comfortable. However, if in Reno, I would stay there again just because it is conveniently located and has other amenities I appreciated."

"Great place to stay. Easy to find with professional and friendly staff."

"This is a luxury local getaway for those who live in Tahoe. I felt like I had restored in an overnight trip!"

"What I love about this property was how clean and well maintained they kept it. Customer service was excellent and so helpful."

"The kitchen is too small, dated, poor location."

"Clean, helpful staff at desk and at breakfast section; cleaning crew were respectful of notes on the door."

"出張で2泊利用しました。 空港から非常に近く、移動の面ではとても便利な立地です。 フロントスタッフは親切で、ロビーも広々としており、快適に過ごせました。 ホテル内のレストランは可もなく不可もなく、といった印象です。 空港利用を伴う出張や短期滞在には使い勝手の良いホテルだと思います。"

"Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The pool was cold and there was no spa as indicated. There was some problems with light not working by the bedside and some bugs in the room. Overall it was a bed ."
