"Room was great, staff was extremely friendly and very sweet to my children. We stayed for two weeks and they made sure our stay was comfortable and made sure we had what we needed. Sheryl was amazing and my kids loved walking through the front doors to get their daily interactions with her, she also went the extra mile to let us know about family/ kid friendly events around the Reno and Sparks area that we never knew about. "Room was spotless and spacious we had a beautiful view of the snow on the mountains just like the website shows! Modern looking room. Shower water needs to be adjusted to flow a lot more as it was low pressure. Mattress on trundle bed only had the lower mattress only. Satisfied for first time with this hotel friendly staff and easy check in. Would stay here again. "
