"This property is set in a wooded area that is beautiful and quiet. The hotel itself is more like a conference center with hotel rooms, but it is very well maintained and the rooms and public areas are spacious. We were able to move to a higher floor on the end of a wing, because there were a lot of events going on. We really did not hear anyone. It is in a very convenient location if you are visiting friends in the Chantilly area. It was a great stay and this is where we will return when we...

"Somehow we were booked in a handicap room. Bathroom was very institutional and pillows were flat and no cushioning. We had stayed in a different room the week before and that was fine. But this one was not worth the high price.Also some kind of stain on the comforter."

It was cheaper than other hotels in the area (for a reason). General location was good, near 28, 66 but immediate location (property) was sketchy. "It had been a long time since I stayed in a hotel where everything was perfect. The hotel was very well maintained, the staff were kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed and sheets were in perfect condition. The breakfast was simply wonderful. A different menu every day. Simply fantastic."

"We were late for breakfast, not much left. Our fault. Nice selection would be available. AC was perfect and welcome. We arrived after midnight. Staff member met us at the door. Very friendly. Huge developments in Hotel area. Parking area not clearly defined. Another Hyatt a block away."

"When we booked the hotel room, we got alternative breakfast for two ppl, but hotel staff and Expedia customer service said that we don’t see it in their system. I showed them on my phone and it clearly says in my account on the Marriott website but still they didn’t help. Don’t book through Expedia. You will lose the breakfast benefit, even if it shows on the special benefits section in our account."

"Booked a room and it said check in ends at 1am, was there 11pm with 2 other families that also had to check in, and we waited over an hour trying to call front desk person, but no one were to be found, ended up sleeping in the car, very disappointed."
