"The front desk lady was very nice, I've been coming to this hotel for a while mainly for the hot tub in the bedroom. I enjoy my stay because I don't expect the world from this place. My room is always clean but they have the smallest bath towels in the rooms and they only give u two. The pool area is nice and accommodating but the hot tub jets didn't wanna come on. And none of the ice machines worked in the daytime I know it's Az but they should have a alternative. All and all I'll keep coming...

"Except for a loud waiter who was yelling loudly at a disgruntled customer at breakfast on Sunday, June 21, 2026, which was highly inappropriate and disturbing, the rest of my stay was good. I had a room on the upper floor with a balcony and a nice view of the lake and the mointains. Its too bad the restaurant closes at 7 pm and the choice of food was just poor! "Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. "Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again."
