Then I came back to the hotel a year later , tried to stay at the same hotel and once again my rooms were given away because they overbooked. "I stayed at this hotel during spring break. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms were clean, but the Wi-Fi was very poor. What stood out most were several interactions that made me feel singled out and unwelcome. At the towel bar, in 38°C heat, I (a visibly pregnant Latina woman, 27 weeks) asked for a cup so I could use the water fountain, which requires either a bottle or a cup. "Staf at front desk was welcoming. Lexi did a phenomenal job helping replace the faulty ac unit in our room. However, at some point in our stay three necklaces were stolen from our room..I should have used the safe, but got careless and tucked the jewelry bag in my suitcase which was on a stand near the front door. I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again. "
