"My recent stay at the resort was unfortunately very disappointing. The property feels extremely dated, and the room itself was not up to standard. As soon as we arrived, there was a strong mildew smell in the room that never went away. The bathroom door was off the hinge, the lamp shades were stained, and there were tiny bugs in the room, which made the space feel dirty and poorly maintained. While the cleaning staff was very friendly and pleasant, the condition of the room did not reflect a clean or comfortable stay. The rooms felt old, worn down, and unclean. After my first night, I even broke out in hives, which made the experience even more concerning. Another downside was the lack of entertainment options in the room for children. The TV channels were very limited, and there was no Netflix or other streaming access, which made it difficult to keep kids entertained during downtime. Overall, although the staff was kind, the rooms were dated, dirty, and in need of major updates. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again."

"It’s a time share place. Not for business travelers or those who want Restaurants and breakfast on the week day in my opinion. Great for pools and for those who like having a kitchen. Expansive grounds of apartment like buildings. Must call ti get a shuttle to pick you up. Would not stay again. "

"We were very lucky to be upgraded into a "Fireworks View" Room. Booking in Drury was so worth it. The kickback meal for dinner and breakfast buffet are *chef's kiss*. Will definitely be back. Amenities are also cool, my child absolutely loved the pool and splash pad. "

"Check in staff were wonderful and she chose a perfect room for me. I was disappointed that despite being there five nights that my bed wasn’t made once despite being told my room would be cleaned on the fourth day (I never used the do not disturb sign). Clean towels were left daily but a random selection each time including a bunch of bath mats one day! When I raised it at reception I got nowhere. Despite that the location and price are first rate and I already have a stay booked for next year. Breakfast was just fine for the small cost compared to what’s around"
