"At 7pm I my family was targeted. An employee came and knocked on our door and told us their policy about noise. Even though it was only two adults in the room and myself and the children were at the pool. Later I asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they said it’s first come first serve accommodation. "Arrived late. Tv didn’t work, bathroom doors didn’t stay shut, water pressure in the shower was just dripping, one staff tried to fix the TV but couldn’t, another staff gave us a hard time about fixing the tv. Next day moved rooms and bathroom doors didn’t stay still didn’t stay shut."

You had to move close to the sink in order to shut the door, the toilet was extremely low sitting, there was no room to put your toiletries. A really small bathroom. Lighting was dim.
