"We had a lovely stay. Our room was wonderful and having a second bathroom was a very appreciated surprise. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, also helpful. Loved the Tap Room and the bakery was definitely a plus. "

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. The lady making the omelettes had a gift for making them but was not the friendliest. The pool was beautiful but the water was very mucky and needed a good cleaning. Same with the whirlpool. They did seem better on Monday but over the weekend the same eyelashes and Band-Aids were laying by the pool day after day. Our room was spacious. We had an issue with the air conditioner, not working, but we’re able to get a hold of somebody to correct that."

"The staff at the Hyatt were really friendly and welcoming. The shuttle was excellent and super speedy. My room on the 10th floor was clean, and the shower was especially good, with night lighting that came on with a sensor, and the gym was also really good. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well sound proofed, and after her kids kept me up the night before, a parent decided to scream at her kids at 4.15am that they might miss their early morning flight, without thinking about what sound might carry, but I guess this is a challenge of airport hotels."

"BEAUTIFUL hotel!!! all of the staff was great, parking was super easy, our room was spacious and smelt clean.. and was clean! there’s so much to do in the area, as well as many restaurants. bars, lounges, etc. the only thing that would make this hotel even BETTER, would be a pool! besides that, no complaints. can’t wait to come back!"

"The price and the location were only the beginning of why we gave the location five stars. The staff here saved the day when the card reader was shorted by an electrical surge. This meant staff needed to escort people to their rooms every time they came and went. What was obviously a frustrating experience for all involved was handled with professionalism, calm and kindness. They rocked. Also, in addition to the care we received, the staff comped our valet, which would have otherwise cost us over $100 for the four days we were there. Thank Tryp Team. We loved our experience."

"Dear Etage Executive Living, Your property is beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the social/game room was a great bonus. With that said, I did run into a few issues during my stay. The frameless double sliding shower door appears to be out of level, so it constantly slides to one side while showering. The bathroom tissue holder was also loose and appears to have been installed improperly. On the second night, around 1:00 a.m., the carbon monoxide alarms began beeping. Since there isn't a phone to reach the front desk, I walked over to report it. I was told to remove the batteries because there was nothing else staff could do. Unfortunately, with a 12-foot ceiling and me standing at 4'10", that wasn't exactly an option. :-) I also wasn't comfortable disabling a safety device myself, since I believe that should be handled by the property's staff or maintenance team. Since I was checking out the next morning and wasn't offered another apartment, I didn't want to make a fuss, so I was grateful for my overpacking habit, I had earplugs! In the end, I could only laugh at the combination of the self-closing shower door and the suggestion to remove batteries from an alarm I couldn't possibly reach. Despite these issues, I had a great stay. With a few maintenance fixes, this property would be outstanding. I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests."
