"I got into the shower and a minute later the bathtub faucet shot off and pelted me in the leg, and there was just a stream of water shooting out of the pipe. Trembling in the overly cold room, I got dressed and told the fellow at the front counter, who thought it was funny (it is now, but not at the time). He moved me to another room. I've now had three experiences at Wyndham's all bad, including the Wyndham Super 8 in Des Moines, 14th St., which should be burned to the ground, it's not even 3rd...

"Plumbing in 225 was annoying but the staff made it all better. They were responsive and worked fast. Emma was a great breakfast host. She talked me into trying her turkey sausage and it was pretty good, then she told me if I didn't like it she was willing to make me something different. She was great!!"

Charged for parking with no justification - the property has been there over a decade and has no surrounding properties to compete for spaces (did not require parking permits for vehicle), and parking lot and entrances into the building were very dirty."
