The people at the reward were totally useless in fact one hung up on me. Because she couldn’t verify me. I have been a Teeards member for maybe 20 years or more. The information to verified such as an email address that I haven’t used in 20 years and I couldn’t remember what it was along with an old old old cell phone number that I couldn’t begin to remember made it impossible to verify me even though I gave them my reward membership number. The solution of the reward woman was to just hang up on me. That’s when I went to the front desk and the woman researched old stays and found my old email and old phone number she went anove and beyond in contrast to the mast useless woman in the customer service at the rewards program. "I usually won’t leave a negative review but I felt this was warranted. Sadly it’s run down. The hallways smell like mildew. Our room has brown spots down the bathroom wall by the light switch. The base boards we so dusty. The shower had mold the ceiling had water damage and mold. The base of the bed that touched the floor was very dirty. The lamps shades were cracked and had brown spots on them and the metal part was rusty. Staff was very nice. Given the condition of our room we did not try the breakfast. "
