A lovely, quiet and clean property. Check in was easily found in detailed instructions recieved prior to our arrival. View of the Gulf from our balcony was amazing. One reason I booked this property was due to a large soaking whirpool bathtub that looked like it was in the 1 bedroom picture online but the unit did not have that, which was disappointing. We stayed 2 nights. We will definitely consider returning to this property when visiting Treasure Island.

We have been visiting this property for over 15 years and had a few worries when reading the feedback regarding the refurbishment. We have recently stayed for a 3 week holiday and can honestly say it has been the best experience we have had, from check in to check out everything was very smooth and we had no problems what so ever. The cleanliness of our unit was much better than we have seen in recent years. It seems that the new management have really put time and effort into the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back soon.

It was a very very nice 2 bedroom room with a beautiful view, and a full kitchen, and a laundry facility right in the room, can't get a nicer room in Treasure Island at that price.

I have written an extensive review to crystal palms about how bad that place is. Stained and ripped furniture, stained so bad I wouldn't sit on the furniture, A/C unit moldy and disgusting, dirty linens hung on the shower rod, no hand soap, dish towels or dish rags, mildew on the handles of the sliding doors, grease all over the top of the stove, handprints and water stains all over the mirrors, the on and off knobs on the lamps were missing, once we got there, we were told no assigned parking any more strictly first come first served, forced to park in their open lot my car was covered with sap, bird feces, and god knows what else. My family and I have been staying at the crystal palms a couple times a year for the last ten, twelve years. Our favorite place on the beach. Whoever runs the place now has destroyed it. You shouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Have stayed here several times in the past and will try to stay here again. Like the closeness to the beach, the rooms are always well maintained and great for two or more couples and is close to all of your needs. Great place!
