"Our bathroom had very little water pressure and my shower had no hot water. Had to bath with cold water. The bathroom sink smelled like sewer when we would use it. I reported everything to the desk clerk. He said that the low water pressure was because the city had a water leak that would be fixed in 8 to 12 hours. Not a true statement because the next day it was the same. Heard the same complaint from various people staying there. They never sent anyone to check my sink after letting them know...

"Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and all amenities worked, ice machine, coffee machine etc. Pool looked clean but never went swimming. Park with pond next door, cool view. Minutes from the casino."

"I made a reservation, and when I got there, the front desk told me there were no rooms available. Also, while I was waiting in line, a customer asked to be moved to another room because of mold in the one he was given. Unless you like this type of service, you can stay at this hotel."
