"To start, they advertise that they have breakfast but they DON'T. That is one of the whole reasons we pick the hotels we do, so we didn't have to buy breakfast out. But alas, we get up and go down to the lobby to everything turned off and nothing out for breakfast. We were so mad. Then, I discovered mold on the mattress in our room. "For the cost, we were very happy with what we received. The hotel had a nice appearance upon driving in (it was surrounded by other similar, nice hotel properties (Staybridge, Courtyard Marriot, Tru Hilton, etc.) We mainly picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool AND a hot tub and both were very nice in appearance and function. The hours were great as well. 6A-10PM for the pool and if you're over 18yo, you can stay until midnight. Room was clean and the bathroom had lots of counter...

"Booked a room, arrived, went to my room and turned right back around. I didn’t like the smell of the hotel and room, I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that bed. I’m not even bougie like that, but I was traveling alone and everything just felt dirty and sketchy. Not to mention they gave me an adjoining room (which I didn’t ask for) and the main door looked like the lock was previously jammed open or something. Just super suss. So I got a refund and went on the Marriott down the street lol. "

"There were roaches! They made me pay in cash. I checked out early and they refused to refund me my money. It is next to a strip club so it doesn’t feel very safe. The room cleaner slammed on the door so loud I was woken up (i was working night shift). All of the staff was rude. The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in 30 years. "Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. "
