The property looked much better in the photos than in person. This seems like it's a hotel/motel. There was no phone inside of the room.
Pros
Neutral location and not to far from Denver. The room was small, but it was very clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly."

"When we checked in, we found out the elevator was not working. The room we booked was on the 3rd floor. We were offered a different room with different number of beds. When we got into the room the carpet was filthy, burn marks on the bedding. Bathroom wasn't up to my cleanliness standards. The swimming pool was under maintenance we were not informed of that. We discovered it wasn't open when we went looking. I won't book a room there ever again. Super disappointed."

"Our keys kept not working for both of our rooms. Drugs were being delt in the parking lot and through rooms. half of the lights worked in the room. The mattress was flipped upside down and had springs poking out while we slept. Breakfast was an absolute disappointment. Having one and not the other. (Jelly, no PB, syrup but no waffles, etc). Someone broke into our room and broke the swinging lock latch. Employees said they would call police and view camera footage. They lied, and never did!...

"The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this was the first time I've experienced something like that. It was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from any hotel.
