"For the price that is being charged per night, the hotel could use more updates. The bed were really comfortable but the air in the room felt stale and humid. The TVs are old so they are not smart TVs where you can stream Netflix etc. The restaurant is ok, again, for the prices that are being charged, the chef could be a little more creative and more seafood options should be available. The food was good but not amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful."

"Check-in was fast & easy, there was plenty of parking near our room. Some rooms are accessed from the parking lot, others by stairs or a ramp (which ours was). We had a partial water view balcony, which was small but still nice, but only 1 chair. The room was basic but clean. The mattress was on the firmer side, but the pillow was super-firm (think rock) the 2nd pillow on the bed was flat & flimsy. Neither was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, EXCEPT for 1 thing-the big wad of hair on the...

"Hotel gave up our room and did to several others we knew staying . They stated they were putting us in a king with a pull out couch for my family of 5 it was a queen with a twin pull out . Very unhappy will not be staying again"

My reservation for a mobility handicapped accessible room occasionally shows up as a hearing accessible which won't work for us. The staff has been very helpful at correcting Expedia's error."
