"Poor quality gym. Useless pool hours. Overall quality of facility was poor upkeep. Smelled of cigarette and dope smoke. No sound proofing. The neighbor was having a party at 2 in the morning. Might as well have joined them. Bedding material was very well used and mattresses were less than to be desired. Online description does not match what the actual amenities really are."

"This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here."

"We were caught off guard as we thought this was a typical hotel. It was run more like an air b&b. You get a code to the main entrance and your room. Our room was a bit difficult to find as we had to go down, then past a bar and the gym before entering another locked door to access our room. Our room was nicely decorated and clean, but we surprised by the waterbed. And the barn door that covers either the bathroom or the shower - and the glass shower didn’t have a door. "I think this was a homeless shelter. It was very uncomfortable. I did not feel safe. The toilet seat was coming off of the hinges. I had one large refrigerator and one small refrigerator in the room. It was extremely outdated. There was a smoking station/ashtray outside my door where everyone congregated until late into the night arguing and talking very loud. It was just not a good experience. The complimentary breakfast looked terrible. I did not eat there. I tried a cup of coffee, but it was...

"Out of four days the only housekeeping done was towles brought in once. No little amenities like hair dryer, shampoos . Cigarette butts outside. Beds very loud and creaky. Can hear people through the walls. Couch was old and needed a bad shampooing. Check in was very easy and owner/ manager was good at messaging."

"Our stay was great, except for noisy neighbors that were in the next room, which kept us from a good night's sleep. Of course, we understand that the hotel staff cannot control noisy guests all the time."

"Gamble Farm Inn was a welcome surprise. Loved the keyless entry system and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. Having a restaurant on premises, whose food was delicious and affordable was definitely a bonus."
