"Had a situation at the bar where we ordered drinks with our meal but never got our drinks. Went to the bar twice to check on the drinks, by the time we finished our food still no drinks went back up to the bar and had to get a refund. Bar was clearly understaffed at dinner time"

"This was booked for a night before the Take That concert. Although it was booked a very long time ago it was very expensive, £367. We expected a high standard hotel.
