"We check in after midnight and once we reached we were given a room in 2nd floor so we visited as we wrrr tired travelling from Orlando and we saw the room was not ready . It was a horrible experience then we again took out bags n came to reception and they were trying to figure out if anymore rooms available . After a search we finally found a room .
