"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough. Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...

"Nice location and good sized room. Clean. Took off a star as the lighting in the room and bathroom was not great, and there was sometimes a weird smell coming from the drains (I think). It has air conditioning, which was essential when I was there."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "Gute Lage, ruhig, gute Ausstattung, aber die Kaffeemaschine tat es nicht. Genug Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wäre toll gewesen, wenn es Möbel für den Balkon gegeben hätte. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, nicht weit bis zur DLR, würden wir noch einmal buchen."
