Recomendacion agrandar el area de la piscina. Que no me gusto el desayuno que estaba todo frio deberian poner la comida en bandejas que mantengan todo calientito y todo estaria super riko. Todo lo demas a otro nivel limpieza, servicio al cliente, areas verdes super volveria a quedarme muy pronto..."

"The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff were as helpful as possible. One drawback was the pictures, (on expedia), showed walk-in showers with low thresholds. Instead, I was told that was incorrect and all the rooms have tubs. Not great for a gal with a brace on her leg. Otherwise it was a very great place to stay."

"The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall, with clean rooms and attentive staff. We did face an issue with the bathtub faucet, where the hot and cold water temperatures couldn’t be adjusted. The hotel team responded promptly and tried to resolve the problem, but once they determined it couldn’t be fixed quickly, they arranged a room for us on another floor. "We rented 3 rooms each room was with 4-5 persons we had to continuously ask for towels. Sofa torn on edges. Staff at front desk were friendly. Manger came back to work due to unforeseen craziness she handled it well.We asked for 2 days for rooms to be cleaned and towels to be refreshed 4-5 people per room 2 towels were giving wth ... lamp fallen apart We were scared when this happen No explanation just fell apart. Thank God kids weren't in this room.."

"Room smelled like cigarettes and there was leftover rice grains all over the night stand and floor. Asked to be moved to another room and was told that they were all booked. Parking lot was pretty empty so I doubt it. Facilities looked like they have been updated a little but cleanliness is not an emphasis in this property."

"Hotel was convenient for traveling. It was nice to be able to walk to the bar/restaurant next door. The room was quiet. My one dislike was the bed; it was not as comfortable as I would expect."
