"Newish hotel, great decor with on site restaurants and bar. It’s close enough to the shopping district but far enough away to miss out on the noise and hustle. Decent gym and indoor swimming pool on the top floor. Cleanliness was hit and miss, with hair on the bathroom bench when we arrived and our room service tray left outside our door, uncollected for over 24 hrs. Staff were friendly and accomodating. "

"Our stay was really nice but a few things were disappointing. We upgraded our room to deluxe but it felt really small. The pool was closed which was disappointing. There were many positives to our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely bottle of wine for our anniversary which was very kind. We were overcharged for cocktails during happy hour but staff assured us we would receive a refund for that. Overall I really nice stay with wonderful staff "

Lights are a bit of challenge as they are push buttons that down always click…. Shower was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Older building with single pane windows that let all the outside sound in - I could hear the pigeons outside and garbage pick up (which seems to be every night between 3:00 and 5:00 am).
