"We had paid for this room over $200. It was supposed to be a deluxe room. It was a handicap room and the bathroom was old and ugly. It had a shower chair (we are not wheelchair or handicapped). We had to call the front desk because it was 1 am and the noise in the room next to us was unbearable! We got charged the $75 incidental charge (when it was supposed to not go thru upon check out. Also, per our reservation-we were to get 20% off self parking. We got charged $15.00. We will not...

Most properties I've stayed at in the past have an available electrical outlet near the bed or nightstand. Due to the apparent age of this building however, the room did not have a lot of electrical outlets, so I had to plug my phone in to charge on the floor, near the tv."

"Great property. The room was small and did have a connecting door where I was able to hear the neighbors conversation from time to time. The rooms are dated, but they are fine. The place is very lit up and night and they do have security. Everyone has to wear a wristband so security knows if you’re not supposed to be there so it’s a safe location. "

"Staff was extremely friendly but I booked 2 queen beds. When I checked in there wasn't any available. So they gave me a king bed and a moveable twin bed. Instead of bringing the twin bed to my room.
