"This was a charming rustic spot with a nice pool, lush surroundings, great staff and good restaurant. The rooms were dark and cool, our bathroom was outside which is charming — though I kept my eye open for mosquitos and anything else that might bite! We loved our morning boat tour of the floating market, with so many bonuses — coffee, breakfast, meeting a rice paper maker, seeing how a family lived on their boat, and we had a great guide. "Very good location nice and quite away from the hustle and bustle beautiful views in the morning staff are very friendly only downfall is they have no car parking only a footpath from the road to the villa which is like 200m walk breakfast was ok did take a long time for food too arrive "

"Property was spotless. The bed an linens are very tired. 2 towels only no facecloth No shampoo or conditioner On soap for hands at sink. "

"We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!"
