Also reported it to Expedia which was not able to reach the hotel so after a few days offered me a $25 credit on their platform. Why would I use a platform that does not verify the hotels they are promoting and will not take responsibility for any issues even though they are collecting the payment. Might need legal help on this one!"

"Me and my husband had a 2 night 3 day stay We had no maid service no room cleaning was done they supplied us with 2 additional towels The air conditioning unit was broken in room 114 and the floor by the window was saturated wet I use two towels and a plastic bag to help be able to get into the closet near the saturated floor from the air conditioning unit it was reported we were never offered a different room, and the problem was never addressed or repaired"
