"Front desk staff was wonderful per usual. I had some issues with getting my air turned on and had to call down to the front desk to get help and help was sit in less than 10 min!! I will always choose to stay there!"

"It was fine for a short stay. Hotel was clean, but run down. My room door was warped and didn’t shut all the way, but it still locked. Bathroom and shower walls were chipped, everything was old and worn out. Did not see staff at front desk early in morning or late at night. Location was good though."

"Took a hour to check in and it was already 8pm when I arrived. Room was not properly cleaned and had an odor. Elevators went out during stay, phone at hotel was out so could not contact them. Only positive thing was staff was excellent and friendly. Tried their best to work with what they could control. "
