"Property required a $100 deposit in addition to Room &Tax. This was uncalled for, demeaning, rude, Ridiculous. This was not communicated to me by Expedia. I will hesitate to use Expedia in the future. You need to remove them as a client. I was forced into giving in to their demand as it was too late for me to cancel and even more inconvenient to find alternative lodging. "We could not stay! A roach met us when we opened the door! There was a dead roach on the sink! The cardboard bed would not suffice for sleeping. The tissue rolls had been half used; no new rolls installed. The room smelled horrible!"
