"Awful smell in room "

"Not enough towels the room was crawling with ants. The shower was too low and the elevators didn’t work. Overall condition of the hotel was bad."

"Staff was polite, checked in with no issues. Room was clean. I would stay here again if in the area."

"The hotel was in a great location to meet my needs and offered a great breakfast. I liked the fact that it was next to a walking trail, as well as stores and restaurants. However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!"

"The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again."

"Melissa with front desk staff was so helpful. They offer complimentary breakfast and dinner. This location was centrally located to everything we were doing during our visit. Will definitely look to Drury first for my overnight stays."

"!!BED BUGS!! Don’t stay here unless you like bed bugs! We asked for financial compensation and they told us they wouldn’t give it since we booked through Expedia. We then contacted Expedia and they told us the property only has the authority to do that, so our agent reached out to them and they denied us yet again. They offered us ONE free night at another property as compensation, but why would I want one free night when I spent $100 a night for 4 nights of sleeping with bed bugs?? Completely...
