"The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though.
The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast.
Staff was friendly. Over all good experience."

"one of the dirtiest places i’ve seen, i’m surprised it’s not shut down. got one room and walked in to smelling cigs and dirty bed and trash on the ground. complained and got another room and it was the same thing and just got a refund and left. also the pictures on Expedia app the rooms did not match up at all"

"We had to ask a lot of times for clean towels and did not get them until the last day plus there was mold in the bathroom the floors was nasty and dirty that would turn your feet black we also ask them for extra pillows and never got them I am not very happy with the service I would like a refund please but I know one thing is for sure is that if I ever visit cinicanni again I will not be staying at that hotel ever again and like I said earlier I would like my money back please because I will...
