"I had no air-conditioning in my room. 210 they couldn’t move me and do nothing about it. She pretty much couldn’t do nothing. She couldn’t get maintenance to come that night. It was too late. So I ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel around midnight, it was too hot."

"There was only one towel for two queen beds. When we asked the front for me she said they didn’t have any that guests had stole them all. The door to the room was broken and she wouldn’t give us another room. There was old nasty carpet in the room, there was black mold in the bathroom l, and the smoke alarm was completely missing. The wires were there but no smoke alarm. The pool was actually ok, but we had nothing to dry off with. The Colorado Springs health department should shut this...

"The breakfast menu had plenty of choices and options and we were there for two nights, and each breakfast was a bit different in the hot cooked item choices.
We did use the hottub in the mid afternoon and it did not feel very warm. Wished it was hotter. but the jets worked great.
The king size bed mattress was very comfortable to sleep on."
