"Breakfast was good. Bar well assorted even if seats were a bit scarce. Personel very helpful. Negative that the fireplaces let smoke come into the building instead of ventilating it out through chimney. "

"The Inn is good value for the money . Yes it’s showing signs of age but it’s a super quick and easy drive into Waterford through lovely countryside . Staff all very polite friendly and helpful . The safe didn’t work , no microwave, no hairdryer . Was happy to have a kettle for tea and cups with saucers . The room was bright with very comfy beds and good sized bathroom with soaps and shampoo . . It’s also a pub but our room was well away and no noise . Could do with abit of tidying up outside as...

"This is a top of the line accommodation. Valet parking. luggage assistance. Relaxed sit down check in and out. All of the amenities even qtips and robes and slippers. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the retreat."

"Stayed 1 night in a “deluxe” room, the experience started well with the unusual arrival via a short ferry and the drive through the private island, but sadly the luxury experience ended as soon as we had parked up and headed for check-in. "Staff are the star of this hotel. Excellent on check-in and throughout. They are all excellent ambassadors for the Pembroke. In particular, the star of the whole stay was Rachel on reception. Make sure you keep her…!!!, well trained and she delivers outstanding customer service."

"We stayed one night before going to catch an early ferry from Rosslare . The room was very good value especially as use of the leisure centre is included - we were very happy with it as were the kids ( though they charge 3 euro for a compulsory swim hat!). The receptionist on night duty was really lovely and our check out experience was very sweet because of him. My only tiny gripe is that when we moved the bed slightly to retrieve a dropped phone there were the remains of someone else’s snacks...
