"Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Only minus was that pool was out of service due to a pump failure. Very conveniently located in S Jacksonville near beaches and Mayo with pharmacy, gas station, grocery store and restaurant all close by and walkable. "

"The property was well kept, clean modern up to date with nice bathroom. AC unit worked good and not loud. Large TV. Staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was very typical hot/cold style…the eggs were prepared a step better with cheese and vegetables
We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. "

"We were one of the first guest to stay at the hotel and I believe the first to stay in the room we had. The grounds were nice. The room was spacious and neatly kept. The staff were very nice and helpful. Since it is new, the staff seemed to be working through figuring out how their system works with checking guest in but we were patient and understood the wait. Overall, it's in a great location and I'd definite return for another stay."
