"I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service."

"Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting."

"I booked through Expedia. Upon checking in I was informed that my “included” breakfast would be automatically deducted from my bill when I checked out. That was not the case however and I had to call the property to have the included breakfast removed from my bill a day after checking out. If I had not caught this error, I would have been charged 65 extra dollars. That is a serious lapse in service. A protocol should be put in place so that does not happen to other customers. Thanks!"

"It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch.
