"Room was clean upon arrival, but there was no "service" daily .... No bed making, no clean towels, no kleenex, etc. We've stayed at Nantucket Inn several time and always like it. We were very disappointed with the daily service this time."

"We come to Top Mast multiple times a year now. The location is perfect and everything is spotless! But, what really makes this place our favorite , are the staff. Top Mast staff has always been incredible. From the front desk, to the housekeeping, the pool bar attendants and the maintenance crew- everyone is the kindest, friendliest, most hardworking individuals you will meet. "The room was very clean the location was exactly where we wanted not in the middle of anything but very close to all the places we wanted to go. The property is a little dated but kinda in a weird way adds to the charm"

"Room was very newly remodeled. It looked amazing. Although the beds appear to be made with cover blankets that smelled of curry. They are like the old school 70’s cover blankets that matched the curtains. And the second blanket also had a musty smell. So we had to remove both to sleep in the beds with just a top sheet. Thank god weather has changed and it wasn’t cold so we could sleep Comfortably. They need to keep up with their bedding and new towels to match the hotel upgrades. Hope it’s...
