"They do not clean your room unless you specifically ask at the front desk the prior day. I had to vacuum my own room. There were bugs crawling on the night stand. I decided to check the bed for bed bugs and the box spring was stained , the towels and rags were stained and were barely held together. The rooms smelled, the hallway smelled and the pool was dirty and in need of repair. And the pool towels were very stained .
