"This hotel was honestly a bit of a surprise! It's price puts it squarely in the value category for the area but it felt much better than most hotels in that category.
The lobby is bright and well decorated and even offers a bar during late night hours. Seating in the lobby was plentiful.
The room was clean and well decorated. The bathroom and sink/vanity area (outside of the bathroom) were on the small side but again, very clean. It's obvious that the hotel has been recently remodeled and...

"It was quaint. It was set a few minutes from the lake which was happy about. Bcuz then it’s quiet when it’s night. They had plenty of room for walking in the room. I liked that the heater was easy to work. The coffee in the room was not a kuirig though."

"We had trouble with our toilet. Told them as we were leaving to go to a wedding that they would have the day to get it fixed. When we came back that night, the toilet had not been fixed and had overflowed onto the bathroom floor. When we went to get help from the office, they gave us the plunger and mop and expected us to fix it. The staff did nothing we had to clean up the mess ourselves."

"We were in town for a wedding. The check in process had a few hiccups, but the owner was so sweet and helped us. We could tell they're working on renovations, and the room was very nice and included a full fridge/freezer and microwave (very convenient for storing diabetic supplies).
Would definitely stay there again."
