"Hot tub was out of commission. Was very noisy outside and inside. Staff need to do a better job of taming the noisy guests. I dont mind people enjoying themselves, but once it hits 1030 or 11pm, it should be quiet so that people can get a good nights rest. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in service. I chose this hotel because it listed a hottub and indoor pool. "

"Stayed here during a snow storm. The room was great and clean. The pool was great for the kids and we enjoyed the breakfast!"

"I would stay here again! Room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast had a great variety of choices. The only minor issue we had was when some family was going to meet us at our room and the desk person was a little rude and said they had to call the room “for security”. This was our third day there and the first time that happened. Otherwise, great stay!"

We had unloaded our things into the room when housekeeping came by to put sheets on the bed; we opted to put them on ourselves, but the sheets that were handed to us were stained. The mirrors behind the headboard were uncomfortable, and it was clear that at one point there were two but one was missing which... Honestly, if both were gone we wouldn't have missed them. "The room was great. On the first floor which was helpful with our dog. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious with a nice variety."

"This place was VERY nice. Newly remodeled. A real unique set up. Never physically saw a staff person…all contact was by desk phone. However, he was friendly, engaging and helpful. Place was quiet and affordable. Would stay again. The amenities only received a 4 because there was no hair dryer or hair conditioner. I had my own so it was no big deal, but could be an issue for someone else depending on both items."
