"Beds were terrible stayed two nights, no rest. Right off the highway and all we heard all night was highway traffic. Staff was sweet. Breakfast was meh…standard hotel breakfast."

"This is not the place to stay if you have accessibility needs. Slapping a couple of bars in the bathroom and lowering the height of the bed does make a room accessibile.The first floor was basically in the basement. There is no elevator and if you are placed on the 1st floor and can’t use stairs they provide a very steep ramp which is difficult for someone with a walker. "I spent only one night in the riverside hotel and once I got home the next day I had a couple of small bumps/welts. Over the course of a few days these bumps spread like a rash across my entire body. I am 100% sure this is a result of staying at the property. I’ve never had this happen to me and truly disappointed in this outcome. I am currently still fighting this rash but the cleanliness of this property NEEDS to improve. Hate to write about this but someone needs to know"

"The room was OK. The bed were pretty good pillows were not the best breakfast was pretty good, but so many things didn’t work. The ice machine what’s out of water the orange juice was out of order. There were other things that were out of order so they definitely need to update their property."

"I liked the finishes in the room. It felt clean and nice. We used the laundry facilities. The laundry soap vending machine didn't work, but we were able to get detergent at the front desk."

"This is an older motel & some updating could be done but for the one night it was great. Randy at check in was very nice and the indoor pool was a HUGE hit with our granddaughter. Unfortunately breakfast was just okay - not maintained with low food items. Would we stay again, probably if needed for a night."
