"Away from amusements of Southend which was perfect for our 2 night stay. Warm welcome from Buz and lovely room with a balcony with great view. Lovely touch having a water cooler as you come in so you can always have bottle of nice cool water to take to your room. Jo and Buz made us feel very welcome and we would definitely recommend The Beaches to anyone!"
