"Visited Banff with my mom and the rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. HUGE parking in the back of the hotel, which was free so that’s AMAZING. I liked that the buffet breakfast started early, and even though is it a smaller breakfast restaurant, it was really yummy and had all the main food items. The room we got had a detached sink from the rest of the washroom which was surprisingly convenient for a mother daughter duo. I could use the sink and mirror to get ready...

"Everything was amazing (as has been with previous stays). This is the only place I'll stay in Calgary. Whether I'm going to the airport or not. But when I have used the airport shuttle, it's great, the food in the restaurant is always fantastic and the staff have always been fantastic. And the room and property has always been clean"

"Es una excelente opción para hospedarse, en plena avenida, cerca ha muchas opciones para comer y tiendas, si llevas auto cuenta con amplio estacionamiento y también tiene enfrente estación de bus que te lleva a varios puntos turísticos. La vista de la habitación hacia las montañas es impresionante, personal amable, buen estado de las instalaciones. "

"Nice comfortable king size bed. Clean room. Nice hot shower. Access to wonderful swimming pool, hot tub, and steam room next-door at the Banff Springs Hotel. Friendly, helpful Front desk staff. Ski room storage. Two minute walk to shuttle bus to Sunshine or Lake Louise so no need to have a car and very close to restaurants and shops on Banff Avenue and to IGA for groceries. "
