"Loved the cook to order breakfast, service was great.
This is the first time we've stayed in the newer renovated rooms located across the parking lot from the original Sunset Inn. I'm currently using a walker and requested a 1st floor room and this is where we ended up. The room isn't as nice and lacks a telephone. I'll request 1st floor original section next time we stay here. BTW the distance from our room to the breakfast area is quite a hike using a walker, we drove."

"Check-in was quick and easy. Owner/manager(?) was polite, professional and suggested possible supper places. The buildings are a bit old and tired but it is apparent the owners are doing their best to keep everything clean and in working condition. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked very inviting and clean. "Breakfast" isn't served until 7 am and is a condensed version of the continental breakfasts served at chain hotels. "Cheap is certainly cheap. Very outdated. Carpet in rooms and ours had 2 dirty carpet runners. I was afraid to look to see what they were hiding. You can eat at Denny’s for breakfast next door and get a discount. You had to ask for an ice bucket. We never saw anyone when we checked out. Very weird."
