"The lady at check in (sorry forgot her name) was brilliant and so helpful. The aircon in the room wasn’t great so she brought us a fan for the room and no question was too difficult. Breakfast was great, good selection of different food and caters for vegans & gluten free - with a big choice. The location of the hotel was perfect for what we need. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Also the platform lift which you need to use to enter the hotel when the shops are shut, had less area to move...

"We upgraded to a superior room at booking and it was very nice. Clean, modern, lovely furnishings. The hotel is well situated for exploring the canal and restaurants in central Turku, and it is walkable from the train station as well (only about a 10-12 minute walk, with suitcases). We were grateful to the staff member who allowed us to check in early, even though we arrived shortly before noon. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of options. Would recommend to others."

Rauhallinen hostelli, jonka yhteydessä second hand shop ja omistajan tekemiä tuotteita myynnissä. Aamiainen 10,50€, todellakin hintansa arvoinen. Gluteenitonta kaurapuuroa ja itsetehtyjä vielä lämpimiä gluteenittomia sämpylöitä, jotka oli todella hyviä. Tavalliset sämpylät ja pullat itsetehtyjä ja puolisoni mukaan erinomaisia. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hienosti...

"Amazing place! The amenities are fantastic, including a beautiful communal living room and kitchen, as well as a sauna and jacuzzi. The location is perfect, right by the harbor, with the tram just around the corner, plus a grocery store and lots of cool restaurants nearby. We loved our stay so much that we’ve already booked it again for our next trip to Helsinki. Can’t wait to come back!"
