"Room was clean, staff was attentive and helpful, the heating unit in my room was very loud turning off and on all night waking me each time it ran"

"We felt pressured to check out, as a staff member repeatedly knocked on our door between 9:00 and 10:00 am to ask whether we were “ready.” The staff were unprofessional. When we checked in, the staff member was barefoot and walking around."
