"Our room was very clean and housekeeping stopped by almost daily, which is unheard of these days. There was fruit infused water, coffee and cookies offered every afternoon in the lobby, which was appreciated. The hotel is very updated as well. The breakfast had great hot offerings. Regarding the rooms, the bathroom was spacious and there was comfortable furniture. Towels were a bit crispy and the bed linens could be softer, though. The location was convenient to highways as well as shopping and dining. We felt safe in the area. We will definitely seek to return to this hotel on our next visit."

"Excellent stay for a great price! Our double queen room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4pm so they put us in a suite! It’s not a new hotel by any means so there are some things they could use a quick touch up but overall it was a great hotel in a great location. We walked about a half mile or so to all the stuff we wanted to do. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the room is large and clean. But there was so much thumping and the sound of chairs being dragged etc, from early in the morning in the room above ours that we got very little sleep. Several times it was so bad that we thought someone was knocking loudly on our door, and it scared us awake. I told the front desk when we left but they didnt seem overly concerned with making it right. "

"Shower mat is stained, bed sheets stained, toilet paper roll was almost empty upon arrival, coffee was gone at 8:15am. "

"The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Terrible conditions… the property it self is ran down. Definitely not kept up with. There’s crackheads everywhere. They keep the doors propped open with rocks so that their people can come in and out when they please. The elevators are broken so you have no choice but to take the creepy stairwell. My window had huge holes in the screens where it appeared someone had climbed through at some point. The room smelled terrible and the door frames were sketch. There was a gap in the door and the lock where it appeared maybe someone had wedged something through before to enter. Do not stay here. "

"We were so thrilled to stay in an elegant hotel that feels warm, cozy and authentic. We had breakfast on the patio outside which was lovely and food was delicious. Pool is well appointed and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly! We plan to return!"
