"Zimmer war überwiegend sauber, Problem bei Zahlung der Ortstaxe war etwas schwierig kommuniziert da die zlg angeblich nicht funktioniert hatte aber uns hat auch keiner darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Unsere Zimmerkarte wurde nicht für alle Tage freigeschalten was etwas mühsam war. Eingesperrtes gepäck war bei unserer rückkunft nicht mehr im Schließfach (!).
