"We had a great experience the staff were very kind and friendly. The room looked awesome love the newer paint job. Check in was fast and easy plus the pool/hottub were great and well maintained. We come up yearly for JFK Nationals and would definitely stay again."

"There was NO parking in the Kahler ramp, both of us are handicap & had to park 2 blocks away & paid $12.00 for overnite ...refrig & microwave DIDNOT work... the 1 queen bed mattress was so broken down you rolled off the edge if you layed too close to edge..."

"The hotel is great and cleanliness was better than most 5* hotels. The hotel location for the Mayo Clinic is perfect.
The only disappointment was the parking!
The parking ramp was full and we had to carry our luggage from where we parked to a block away from the hotel.
Understandable due to the major construction issues.
I recommend staying there for appointment convenience. I’ve stayed there often throughout the years and haven’t been disappointed.

"The room was clean and pleasant. The body wash was empty or did not come out with the pump. Shower pressure was horrible. After a long trip what I appreciate most in a hotel stay is a hot shower and a good sleep. The shower was a bummer. Staff seemed friendly but only saw one person. Breakfast was good and nicely placed. "

"We rented 2 rooms, 614 and 612. 612 had missing tiles from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the couch had stains on it (disgusting). The bed though it appeared made had long dark hairs in the bed. Room 614 was clean and comfortable, but the couch and recliner appeared well used and the carpet was stained. I am sad. The hotel had a great restaurant, bar and breakfast. I would love to stay again for simply those features, but the rooms...no."

I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was quite acceptable.
