"Casino floor was clean and well staffed, especially for table games. Don't confuse Caesars Windsor with Las Vegas, they are not the same. I was hoping for more amenities - no bathrobe or slippers and no in room food service. "

"Parking was easy and many options. Elevator was very close and opted to take the stairs most time to the 4th floor. Outside doors had key swipe entrances."

"After being kicked out of the common area, we went to the bar at the casino where you were only allowed to order one drink per hour. Kind of a stupid rule as for those who don’t gamble and would prefer to drink at the baDisappointing as they don’t allow alcohol in the hotel except in your room. Otherwise, beautiful clean hotel. Another disappointment was no offering of clean towels for numerous day stay."

"The heating unit was not turned on when I entered the room so it got very chilly. When I turnd it on it was very noisy. I called the front desk a number of times but no one answered .Furthermore It also did not seem that the front desk was staffed."

"The room was beautiful. Loved the vibe of the room. An old factory turned into a hotel. Very cool. Staff were more than helpful as we had a special request which they were able to accommodate. The separate kitchen area created a nice bar like atmosphere. Great for entertaining. Heated floors in bathroom. Pool and hot tub also great. Hot tub outside was hot and relaxing. "
