"The room was Spartan and functional, bed comfortable. First impression was a clean comfortable smoke free room that smelled of stale smoke. Towels were worn thin and the whole room could use a deep clean. After showering my feet were soon dingy from walking on the bare floor. "I planned a trip to Carter Lake late in the process and all hotels closer to the lake were booked. It was about a 30-minute drive to Crater Lake from this hotel, which was not a problem for me. "I had reserved a single king size and when we checked in and went into the room it was two queens, the room reeked like stale cigarette smoke, there were some shady characters hanging out around the back parking lot.
