"The property was clean and close to Walmart and places to eat. The breakfast was lame. We stayed 2 days for hiking. We were so looking forward to using the pool and hot tub but they were out of service. When you pick a hotel for the hot tub and it’s not available ? Major let down."

"The property is composed of 1 big building and 3 smaller buildings. Our room was in the smaller building with parking in front of the door. We had a 2 queen bed room. It looks like newly renovated. The room was clean, smells clean. Bathroom separated the 2beds which was nice, there’s a separate small sink in front of bathroom. The beds were soft and comfortable. There is no sheet covering the bed frame. Carpet looks clean. There was coffee and juice for guests in the main building. There were 2...

"This is a great find... When you look at the outside it doesn't look like 5 stars...but if you are visiting the Great Sand Dunes this is the place to stay... Very nice staff ..A complete breakfast and a large well appointed room... Could not have been happier with our choice of the Dunes!!"

"We had a great 3 day stay. The room was very clean and our two dogs really enjoyed the dog park. The owner and staff were also very nice. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again."
