"The first room we were put it ended up being infested with tiny ants all over our stuff and it rained and our window was leaking like a loud drippy faucet getting everything wet. Then the second room we get had no remote and the A.C leaking water all over the floor. "I had a bit of an issue on check-in, however, the staff resolved it quickly. It seemed that my first room, while very nice, and clean, had a door that would not open easily from either side. To the room and open the door and everything was fine. He remarked that he would be getting a hold of maintenance very soon to get the other rooms doors repaired."
