"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

"Liked it was close to airport - and had an airport shuttle!! All staff I met were welcoming and helpful - especially registration! Beds comfy and immaculate!! Bathrooms large and spotless! Would stay again!!"

"Room was adequate for our needs but the power blew twice due to using the electric jug at the same time as the hair dryer in the room. It was also a bit noisy at 2am when a group of men leaving the hotel gathered in the car park near our room to chat. Overall good value for money and convenient for the airport"

"We had a great stay at JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport. The property was clean and tidy throughout, which made for a really comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help when needed. There was plenty of parking available, which made things easy, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!"
